AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Hard Look is an AI-powered structured thinking tool, not a human advisor. All evaluations, scores, analyses, recommendations, and remediation roadmaps are generated by artificial intelligence (DeepSeek V4). The AI has no access to real-time data, market benchmarks, or external information. All analysis is framework-based reasoning applied to the information you provide. Unmentioned facts could significantly alter conclusions. This is not professional advice. Evaluations do not constitute business, financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on evaluations.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any evaluation. AI models may produce errors, inconsistencies, or hallucinations. Always verify critical claims independently.

Refund Policy

First payment. Cancel within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. If you have used fewer than 3 Deep Audit evaluations during the refund period, your refund is automatic and unconditional. If you have used 3 or more, we may ask what went wrong — for our learning, not to deny your request. Refunds processed within 5 business days.

Renewals. Renewal payments are non-refundable. Cancel anytime — future charges stop, access continues until end of billing period.

EU/EEA/UK consumers. Under consumer protection law, you have a 14-day withdrawal right. By subscribing and gaining immediate access, you request immediate performance and acknowledge loss of withdrawal right once the service is fully performed. If no Deep Audit has been used, you may exercise withdrawal in full.

Statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits rights under your local consumer protection law that cannot be waived by contract.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your payment details.

Acceptable Use

Do not submit illegal content, personal information of others, or content that violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the project descriptions you submit. Evaluation reports generated by the AI are licensed to you for personal use. The underlying evaluation framework, domain prompts, and scoring methodology are proprietary.
