FAQ

Questions founders ask before they let 13 experts attack their project.

Is my project idea safe? Will you steal it?

Your project description is transmitted to the DeepSeek V4 API for processing, then stored in our database if you're logged in. We do not read, share, or use your ideas. DeepSeek does not retain or train on your data. We recommend not including trade secrets or unpatented IP details.

How does the AI know what it's talking about?

The AI does not access real-time data, benchmarks, or external information. All analysis is framework-based reasoning — 13 domain experts apply their specific analytical lens to the information you provide. The quality of the audit depends on the quality and detail of your input.

How accurate are the scores?

Scores are behavioral anchors, not absolute truths. A '3' means the expert found fundamental structural weaknesses; a '7' means the project has validated evidence in that domain. Use scores as compass points, not GPS coordinates. Every score comes with a behavioral descriptor so you know what it means.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits never expire. Buy a pack and use them whenever you want — days, months, or years later. Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your evaluation history is retained unless you request deletion. Contact us to request full account and data deletion.

Why 13 domains? Isn't that overkill?

A single expert has blind spots. A business strategist won't catch the psychological bias distorting your assumptions. An economist won't see the UX friction killing your activation. A product manager won't catch the financial risk. 13 domains create a web of scrutiny where contradictions surface — your TAM, pricing, and market share claims can't all be true, and the experts will find where they conflict.

Is this professional advice?

No. Hard Look is an AI-powered structured thinking tool. It is not a substitute for professional business, legal, financial, or investment advice. Always verify critical claims independently.
